The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Rename plugin attribute "allow_privatchat" into "allow_privatechat"
Apparently it is not used by any plugins yet, so it is safe to rename.
I was trying to work on gajim-plugins#307 (closed) when I spotted this typo.
