- Move XEP-0153 code from VCard into VCardAvatars
- Rely on new nbxmpp module VCardTemp
- Don’t advertise avatar with XEP-0153

- Use primary instead of ctrl

Because we have now a dedicated notification setting, this can be
simplified with a switch

So we can enable/disable system notifications

We don’t show a notification if a chat has focus, in all other cases
a notification is shown

Feature is not very useful, needs to be reimplemented with an option
to track status changes per contact

Move site-packages next to lib directory because merge dirs doesn't work with subdirectories.
