Builds take a very long time, while one job is running, new commits
can be made, which means the next job builds a different commit.

- Move tasks to python scripts
- Rework appveyor build
- Add deploy jobs

- Feature is broken since mid 2020
- No demand since then to fix it

convert -density 256x256 -background transparent org.gajim.Gajim.svg -define icon:auto-resize -colors 256 gajim.ico
