Update screenshots for Gajim 1.0

This updates the screenshots for Gajim 1.0 (fixes #10 (closed)).

Screenshots were taken in Win10 (I guess the majority uses Gajim on Windows).

I deleted the jingle screenshot because it is not relevant at the moment.

I also added three screenshots showing accounts window, server info window, and single window mode.
