feat: add tooltip/popover for avatars

I know @wurstsalat plans to rework this deeply, but I think it would be nice to have this already, because there's quite some work in the roster tooltip and it's only accessible in the (deprecated and hard to reach in normal usage) roster view, where users aren't supposed to go much.
