Show the results of adhoc commands with <reported> tag instead of raising AttributeError.

If you double click on a JID, it opens the start chat dialog.

Note that the output of my commands is rather ugly, but that's slidge's fault. If I had a client that displays my results, I'll polish them more. ;-)
