StartChat: Adapt labels

Daniel Brötzmann requested to merge wurstsalat/gajim:start-chat-join-gc into master

Use 'Join Group Chat' as label instead of 'New Groupchat'.

This also changes AvatarSize to CHAT (a little bigger than before).

Additionally, I adapted the window to the _ui scheme.
