Add Create Group Chat window

This adds a Create Group Chat window.

Clicking 'Create' will create a new group chat and join it.

What needs to be done:

  • implement usage of 'Name' and 'Description'
  • implement public/private distinction
  • discuss about where to put the menu entry and how to name it
