Rework ProfileWindow

This is a rework of the ProfileWindow.

• design from !402 (closed)
• calendar for birthday picking (completely connected to the entry)
• birthday entry checking with warning popover in case of wrong format

Note: Some values don't get saved for me, please test (logic should be the same as before this MR).
