mesonium requested to merge mesonium/gajim:responsive-layout into master

Makes Gajim's main window responsive.

In narrow mode:

  • folds some of the chat banner's buttons into the menu
  • folds some of the action bar's into a popover widget to ensure the input field still holds a useful width
  • adjusts preview size to the chat width

Draft, because needs more testing and more thoughts.
