imprv: Present main window when clicking systray icon

Legi requested to merge Legi428/gajim:present_on_systray_click into master

When the main window is minimized, clicking on the systray icon only changes the taskbar entry visibility but not put the main window in focus/in front. This change makes it so the main window is also presented when the user clicks on the systray icon.
