Creating new mucs with capital letters is not possible

Please first check if another issue has been opened for your problem

Versions

  • OS: Debian 9.4 stable
  • Gajim version: 1.0.3
  • GTK version: 3.22.11
  • Python-nbxmpp version: 0.6.6

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Create new muc with at least one capital letter
  2. Join the muc

Expected behavior

You see yourself joined in this newly created muc.

Actual behavior

A new dialog pops open for this room, but you are not joined.
