Ubuntu 16.04 dependency issues
I tried to install gajim as shown on https://gajim.org/downloads.php?lang=en#ubuntu
However after doing sudo apt-get install gajim-nightly
I got:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have

The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
gajim-nightly : Depends: gir1.2-gtk-3.0 (>= 3.22) but 3.18.9-1ubuntu3.3 is to be installed
Recommends: python3-crypto but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: python3-gnupg (>= 0.3.8) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
Then i installed python3-crypto & python3-gnupg separately and now when doing sudo apt-get install gajim-nightly
, i get:
