GroupchatControl: text not wrapped when window is too narrow

When in a MUC, grabbing the edge of gajim's window to manually narrow it, it can be observed that at some point a vertical dotted line at the right side of the chat display area will appear. At this point, gajim apparently stops wrapping the text to accommodate the window width, which results in some chat text being cut off and not displayed at the right side. Screen resolution is 3840x2160. This behavior is present when I use gnome's split view, which makes the window occupy either the left or right half of the screen, for example.
I don't know why but this behavior isn't consistent. I have observed it in a MUC with both quoted text and unquoted text.
