[clients_icons] Add back roster tooltips
This adds support for roster tooltips and display of client name coming from caps features (including version number if present). This also fixes detection of Pix-Art Messenger which uses "http://conversations.im" as presence node value but "Pix-Art Messenger" in caps features.
