This makes further strings in both plugins (httpupload and omemo) translatable and helps to improve #239 (closed).

Also concerning the translations: How often do the plugin-translations get pulled from the Pootle translation service? I ask this because right now I only see hebrew? (he) and russian (ru) translations in the translations plugin folder.
