[preview] Show preview beginning with a new line and add tooltip

With UrlImagePreview plugin (2.1.2), the image preview does not start with a new line, causing it to be displayed above the users name. This fix adds a new line.

Also, a tooltip showing the file URL was missing in comprison to the old version of the plugin (1.1.0). This adds a tooltip.
