[clients_icons] Remove redundant option and update descriptions.

Client icons are no longer shown in the group chat and only in the tooltip anyway.

it still reads

'Shows client icons in your contact list and in the groupchat participants list.'

using the term "contact list" instead of "roster". I think the first one is easier to understand in general, while the latter is more technical. Should we always use "contact list"?
