[anti_spam] Rework plugin

  • Rework plugin
  • Adapt to upstream changes in Gajim and python-nbxmpp
  • Use new configuration dialog
  • Remove pubsub blocking (Gajim handles these messages differently now)
  • Remove domain blocking feature (Gajim handles this)
