This fixes confirmation dialogs for OMEMO and OpenPGP where there was no .show() called.

Additionally, this replaces a leftover NonModalConfirmationDialog in the TicTacToe plugin. This plugin also got the new SettingsDialog to set board size, a code cleanup, and a malformed JID fix.
