[omemo] Add button to reset own keys

I want to regenerate my omemo keys. I'm using Gajim version 1.1.3 with the omemo plugin (https://dev.gajim.org/gajim/gajim-plugins/wikis/OmemoGajimPlugin) version 2.6.29 .

I'm pretty shocked that this feature is not implemented. (in an easy-to-access way)

I like to hear this plugin's authors or maintainers explanation on this issue
