we now save ALL incomming messages in a queue so that we don't suplicate message when we restore old conversation

we now print the restored conversation in small (I think it's not enough and we should print it grey too, comments ?)

[xmpppy] some jabber servers have ssl on 443 (eg. jabber80.com) so check for that too, and return ssl and not tls as string for return value in connect()
