Use MessageSentEvent to print to ChatControl

Its later than StanzaMessageOutgoingEvent, this allows encryption
Plugins to not return the encrypted payload immediatly.
For example encrypting may take some time because a password is needed
or the load has to be encrypted in another Thread.
