gc now have draw_contact, draw_roster and draw_all_roster functions and they are used to update style, iconset ...

always talk to fake jid even if we know real jid (revert [4172]) so we can find the contact from the jid (before we couldn't find from real jid cause in gc_contacts it's fake jid)

I currently update some var names, add new themes and remove cyan theme, add new proxies, add new emoticons
If things are missing add them there
