Add open_window() which is more concise

- Split information into different notebook tabs
- Show connection information (Fixes #6096)

- Move it to advanced sub menu

Manage Bookmarks should serve in the future as dialog for advanced users.
During normal usage of Gajim there should be no need anymore to access this dialog.

- Remove usage of instance dict

Code moved into plugin

- Make all menus and shortcuts use the 'app.browse-history' action
- HistoryWindow: Inherit from Gtk.ApplicationWindow

- This reduces import cycles

- Move hyperlink handling into HtmlTextView
- Use actions on the menuitems

every linter flags this as an error

GtkApplication maintains a store for all active ApplicationWindows,
we dont need to replicate that.
