Priority is a remnant of the pre-carbons world, where it would be used
by the server of the recipient to choose which resource to route an
incoming message to, when addressed to the bare JID.

Nowadays carbons is widespread enough that it makes sense to stop
displaying this old bit of information.

This protocol never took off as https is much more secure for basically
no downside (aside from running on a different port).

This should users get accustomed to the UI changes we plan for 1.3

Also it hides the problems with the not scrollable tabs list because much more tabs fit the window

- Always show new avatars with status
- Remove tabs advanced config options
- Increase tabs width

- Use Header capitalization https://developer.gnome.org/hig/stable/writing-style.html.en#capitalization
- Use ellipsis whenever an action needs more user input
