Make some strings translatable

Daniel Brötzmann requested to merge wurstsalat/gajim:fix-some-translations into master

This enables translation for the following cases:

  • Sync threshold options in preferences window did not translate correctly
  • Add Account was not translatable in accounts window
  • Context menu Delete item was not set to be translatable in history manager
