Revert destructive-action on SubscriptionRequest Deny button

This reverts the addition of the destructive-action class to the SubscriptionRequest Deny button (!397 (merged)). It's just too colorful to have both suggested-action and destructive-action side by side.

This also limits window width by setting word wrap on 50 chars.
