Scroll history window to bottom when day changed or selected

Daniel Brötzmann requested to merge wurstsalat/gajim:history-scroll-to-bottom into master

This scrolls history window's scrolledwindow to the bottom everytime the day is changed. It also scrolls it to the bottom on initial/consecutive day selection. This way, the most recent history entries are focused instead of focusing the last entries of a day.
