Steps to reproduce the problem
I updated the OMEMO plugin, ended Gajim, updated to newest master snapshot, started Gajim again, went into the plugin manager, opened the settings of the OMEMO plugin, where curiously no device-IDs were listed. I then clicked the refresh button ("Aktualieren" in German language) and that brought up the bug window.
