Steps to reproduce the problem
... The computer with this bug had an unexpected power outage, upon rebooting the PC gajim would not launch, I get a flash on the screen (crashed as it was being rendered). So I uninstalled Gajim, went into %appdata% and deleted all contents of gajim folder. Then reinstalled.
Upon reinstall of gajim, it fully loaded and prompted to add an account, as it normally does on a new install, I entered the account details and clicked Forward/next, at this point it crashes the bug report I have included here.
Also I have looked and there is no c:/msys64 directory on my computer, I am unsure why the traceback shows that.....
