"Room logging is enabled" notification in multi-user conferences when participants' status changes
Bug description
When status of any participant of the MUC changes, i.e. it connects, disconnects or become away, a notification appears: "Room logging is enabled". Since these status changes are typically very frequent, the chat window become flooded by this notification message very quickly, disrupting the calm talking. See the attached screenshot.
It is not relevant which client is used by participants. Pidgin status changes affects it too. However, when you are in a MUC using different client, e.g. Pidgin, there is no "Room logging is enabled" flood, so this is a Gajim-specific issue.
I've found this particular issue occurs only on servers with the ejabberd 16.01, so probably something has changed.
Steps to reproduce
Install Gajim 0.16.5, connect to ejabberd 16.01-powered multi-user conference, mess around with your status and see the aforementioned notification after each status change. The room logging for this conference should be on.
