Steps to reproduce
- log in with an account wich active's privacy list in the server is: <iq from='XXX' to='XXX/RESOURCE' id='359' type='result'> <query xmlns='jabber:iq:privacy'> <list name='block'> <item action='allow' order='1'/> </list> </query> </iq>
After the log in all the contacts and groups will appear blocked (although it shouldn't because the privacy list says that all stanza should be allowed)
