[patch] Better completion
Two things in the patch :
gc_refer_to_nick_char is assumed to be ONE char, but it can be more than that. Cycling through nicks doesn't work when it's more than one char.
The patch Fixes that.
Also, it adds a way to do that :
If there are, for example "mathieui" and "mathieui2" in a MUC, the shell-like_completion completes "mathieui" only, and you can't get the "mathieui, " completion. Now, you can type "mat", [TAB] (it goes "mathieui"), then [TAB] again (like "yes, I really want this nick to be completed") and it goes to "mathieui, " (because this nick exists). To get "mathieui2, " you have to type "mat", [TAB], "i", [TAB]. This is, IMO, a better behaviour.
