When trying to subscribe to IRC gateway, it is not possible to achieve the operation because the description of the textfields to fill out does not appear on screen. See screenshot attached or http://www.flickr.com/photos/cybertooth/1146999379/ .

After verification, the IRC gateway subscription is the only one which has a problem.
