The gupnp-igd feature was disabled with https://dev.gajim.org/gajim/gajim/-/commit/4b497df5 but I believe gajim 1.8.0 no longer uses libsoup2. Is it possible for this feature to be re-enabled now?https://dev.gajim.org/gajim/gajim/-/issues/11252Excessive startup/connection time when connecting to a non-internet server2023-01-24T08:13:47Zbnk2Excessive startup/connection time when connecting to a non-internet server## Versions

## Steps to reproduce the problem
1.Start Gajim in a network environment which is **not** connected to the Internet.
## Expected behavior
A quicker startup.
## Actual behavior
It takes approximately one minute until the application icon turns into a world symbol and another minute until the client is connected to the server.
The Gajim client is running in the same intranet network environment like the Jabber server: `ejabberd 22.5.0`https://dev.gajim.org/gajim/gajim/-/issues/10411Allow connecting without proxy while system proxy is enabled2021-12-03T03:38:39ZЕвгений ДомбровскийAllow connecting without proxy while system proxy is enabled## Versions

I use private CA, and CA certificate is installed system-wide (placed in /etc/ssl/certs and c_rehash'ed). `openssl s_client -verify 1 -host ... -port ...` succeeds with "Verification: OK". However gajim insists that certificate is signed by an unknown CA.
* While opening XMPP connection, it offers to accept "untrusted" server certificate and then works
* httpupload over aesgcm/https does not work at all:

I believe that gajim should either honour system-wide set of trusted CAs, or, if it insists on using using a private set of CAs, allow adding new CAs to that set. The first option is preferable, in my opinion.https://dev.gajim.org/gajim/gajim/-/issues/10038Reimplement POSH2022-05-20T20:55:11ZPhilipp Höristphilipp@hoerist.comReimplement POSH## Description of the new feature
