Always save roster position.

Actually the roster position is only saved when the window has toplevel focus, so if you open gajim, move it to another position inside the workspace, switch to another workspace and click the systray icon, the window position is restored to the initial position (when you have opened Gajim) and the current position isn't respected, this change fixes it.
