Roster: Allow sending messages to multiple groups

Daniel Brötzmann requested to merge wurstsalat/gajim:send-message-groups into master

This allows sending group messages to multiple groups at once (fixes #9539 (closed)). It also allows to invite contacts of multiple groups to a group chat.

If more than once account is involved, no menu is show.
