Remove plain connection dialog

Daniel Brötzmann requested to merge wurstsalat/gajim:remove-plain-connection-dialog into master

This replaces PlainConnectionDialog with NewConfirmationCheckDialog. The red-colored button should be warning enough. It is non-default to avoid accidentally connecting PLAIN.

Tested on Prosody 0.11.2 with scary server settings ;)
