Use AudioPlayer for Sounds on Linux and make GST mandatory

GST

Since various components in Gajim now rely on Gstreamer,
it makes sense to enforce its presents.

Sound

Mediafiles are intended for video playback.
We can simply reuse our leightweight AudioPlayer instead.
