rfc: UI update: Sidebar + Chat banner

mesonium requested to merge mesonium/gajim:ui-style-evolution into master
  • The sidebar had occupied quiet amount of screen space before, w/o any benefit. This gives the rest of the UI more space. It now occupies a width similar to other apps, such as Thunderbird.
  • Aligns the Chat Banner with the Workspace header
  • Gets rid of the double separator of the chat / scrolledwindow, but regresses by having no separator at all, when scrolled up
