cq: Message Input: Don't queue resize infinitely

mesonium requested to merge mesonium/gajim:resize-input into master

Two iterations seem to be sufficient. Otherwise we'd try to resize endlessly w/o success as long as the input field is single lined.

Test plan

Text input should work as before.

CCBUG #12542 (closed) This MR does not fix it, but eases the issue a bit.
