Audio widget: Followup from yesterday

mesonium requested to merge mesonium/gajim:audio-widget-followup-2 into master
  1. I hadn't tested the RTL layout correctly yesterday, now it's looks and works correctly.
  2. Instead of the bad hack from yesterday, simply emit that any playback has stopped.

This should hopefully the last follow up for the time being.
