Add explanation to run dev version on separated config directory

People who run a dev instance of Gajim for the first time are not aware that it will use there daily config of Gajim. Most of the time they want to run the dev version on a separate config directory to avoid messing up with there daily version.

This change introduce such warning and an explanation on how to run it with a separate config directory.
