feat: Add retractions XEP-0424

  • Add text for user that retraction cannot be enforced
  • nbxmpp: Check fallback and body
  • Dont allow corrections or moderations of retracted messages
  • Test behavior if corrected message is retracte
  • change type and name of removed column
  • check merge of retracted and unretracted messages
  • Test with MAM and Carbons
