Update Arch Linux package link in README

Robin Candau requested to merge Antiz/gajim:master into master

The Arch Linux's "community" repository has been merged in the "extra" repository and, as such, doesn't exists anymore.

This MR aims to update the link to the Gajim Arch Linux package accordingly in the README.
