Denying subscription requests has no effect

OS: Arch Linux
Gajim version: latest AUR/gajim-git (0.98.2)
GTK version: 3.22.26
Python-nbxmpp version: latest AUR/python-nbxmpp-git (0.6.1)

Steps to reproduce the problem

Get SPIM subscription request
Deny request
Restart Gajim

Expected behavior

Subscription request doesn't appear again

Actual behavior

Request appears again.

Only accepting the request and deleting the contact again helps.
