NameError: global name 'time_time' is not defined
Bug description
I get the following error message when I try to execute a '/ping' command:

Steps to reproduce
- Open a terminal emulator.
- Start Gajim from the command line.
- Open a chat.
- Type '/ping' and try to send.
- Read the message in the terminal
