Cannot disable joined or leave group messages.

problem

Group chat: Cannot disable "'user' has joined the group chat" or "'user' has left messages.

I have attempted to use the antispam plugin which does not have settings to hide these messages.

I have attempted to use regexfilter plugin to filter these messages but there is no ability to have wildcard and filter partial phrases.

I've spent about 3 hours disabling and enabling different settings in gajim and still haven't gotten the ability to hide these types of messages.

I leave group chat open for long periods of time for work.

I can see who is in the group chat via the roster.

Actual messages will be past buffer from the amount of leave/joined messages

Simple check box 'Disable group join leave status in chat' would be perfect for me.

I really really want this.
