Connecting to an Openfire server causes lots of traffic
Bug description
Since upgrading to 0.16.3 I've noticed gigabytes of traffic going on between my client and an Openfire server when idleing, under the form of messages like
\<iq xmlns="jabber:client" type="set" id="164">\<query xmlns="urn:xmpp:mam:0" queryid="163">\<x xmlns="jabber:x:data">\<field var="FORM_TYPE" type="hidden">\<value>urn:xmpp:mam:0\</value>\</field>\</x>\<set xmlns="http://jabber.org/protocol/rsm">\<max>30\</max>\<after>208076\</after>\</set>\</query>\</iq>
\<message>\<fin xmlns="urn:xmpp:mam:0" queryid="163">\<set xmlns="http://jabber.org/protocol/rsm">\<first index="426">208045\</first>\<last>208076\</last>\<count>1435\</count>\</set>\</fin>\</message>
which get sent at a quite high rate (5-10 per second).
This causes constant network activity, CPU activity and wakeups, maybe also #8126 (closed) .
